Tentative Tryout Schedule

Day 1 - Aug. 25th Expect Conditioning to be a part of each session though not always listed.
Morning Session 8:00 - 10:00
Instructions - Warm-up
10 foot line shuffle passing -forearm and Overhead
3 Person Triads -Forearm Passing - Overhead Passing
Butterfly passing - Forearm and overhead
4x4 short court games
Controlled serving
Servers vs Passers
Cool Down
Lunch Break - Drink water and do not sit in the sun during breaks
Afternoon Session 12:00- 2:00
Conditioning Warm up
Defensive movement
Defensive passing
Defense conditioning drills
Team Defense - Wash Drills
Passing and Hitting - Backrow Attacks
Conditioning Cool down
Day 2 - Aug. 26th 8:00-10:00
Warm-up stretch

Attack versus Defense
Blocking footwork
Blocking versus attack
6x6 Wave

1 mile Run - Pending Weather
Passing drills - movement
Attacking with movement vs defense
Queen of the court - game like scrimmages
Day 3 - Aug.29th 8:00 - 10:00
